Bedrooms
Seven bedrooms: six with their own bathroom and their own character, plus a small bunk room. Beds are made up with towels ready on arrival, and some rooms open onto a balcony or terrace.

The six bedrooms each have their own bathroom, tiled and with a walk-in shower.
Outside is the main event
The whole property is fenced, so children can roam. Swim in the heated pool, relax on the 100 m² terrace and fire up the barbecue in the evening.
Behind the house is a sports field for football and basketball. Rainy hours have table tennis, table football, a PS4 and board games, and the youngest guests have their own playground.

Weeks run Saturday to Saturday, with the full-week price shown. Between 29 May and 17 September stays are weekly; in spring and autumn shorter stays of 5 to 6 nights are possible, so ask us for other dates.
Quiet countryside, the whole coast within reach
Sveti Kirin is calm and tucked away, so a car is useful for shopping and dining out. Poreč, Grožnjan, Motovun, Rovinj and the Brijuni islands are all good day trips.
